Are you tired of not feeling your best? And everything you have tried just has not worked? Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are ready for change.

READY… let’s do this!

We will start with an initial health assessment. Once I understand your health history and goals, we can make a tailored plan for you to achieve and maintain your goals. First and foremost, we will focus on nutrition. The saying, “You are what you eat,” has some credence here. When we eat the right foods, we feel great. But, when we do the opposite, we don’t feel so great. Our bodies respond best when we focus on one thing at a time. If you calorie restrict and simultaneously do intense workouts in effort to lose weight, you are setting yourself up for failure. Your body cannot effectively do two things at the exact same time, unless very specific parameters are in place. So, first, you will start learning how your body responds to foods - which is different for everyone. You will begin to listen to what your body needs and understand how to differentiate between a need and a want. A big difference between the two. And, once you learn how to eat best for your body, the goal line gets closer and closer. And…attaining and maintaining your goal weight becomes your reality.

The purpose of this program is to give you the tools to achieve and maintain your goal weight. I am here to assist, educate, guide and empower you to believe that YOU. CAN. DO. IT. I want to create independence by teaching you the fundamentals, giving you the tools and guiding you through this process so that this is a permanent change. This is not a diet. This is a lifestyle change. A change that is manageable, balanced and healthy…and most importantly, SUSTAINABLE.

Or Not

You have to make sure you want it badly enough. I often work with clients initially and do a health assessment, but can tell they are not ready to really change. They do not like where they are at from a health perspective, but they are not willing to make some of those small, consistent and very important changes. This is when I would suggest waiting until you are ready. The desire to change does not happen overnight. You will get there soon enough. And, it is absolutely okay to not be ready. Don’t be hard on yourself. Nothing is achieved by making yourself feel bad. Each day is a new day. But, just remember to let me know when you find yourself in a mental space where change is imminent. I am here to guide you to finding your best self.
